Embrace Austin

Embrace Austin is a racial equity organization working to build a more inclusive Austin by engaging civic and cultural institutions in diversity, equity, and inclusion work. As a strong ally to Austin’s LGBTQ+ community, Embrace Austin connects racial justice with queer liberation, recognizing that many LGBTQ+ Austinites live at intersections of race and identity. Through trainings, public education, and coalition-building, the organization helps institutions move from policy to practice on equity.
